Warranty Policy

This Warranty Policy explains the warranty coverage applicable to products sold by 3D PROTOFARM.

1. Machines (3D Printers, Scanners, Laser Engravers)

  • Machines are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty only.
  • Warranty terms (duration, coverage, exclusions) are as per the respective brand:
    • Creality
    • Anycubic
    • Bambu Lab
    • Elegoo
    • Phrozen
    • Prusa
    • Snapmaker
    • Others as specified by manufacturer
  • 3D PROTOFARM acts as a reseller and support facilitator and is not responsible for decisions taken by the manufacturer’s authorized service center.

2. Eligibility for Warranty Claims

Warranty claims are generally valid only if:

  • Product is within the manufacturer’s warranty period
  • No physical damage, burns, or signs of misuse are present
  • Product has been used as per guidelines in the user manual

3. Spare Parts

  • Spare parts are covered by DOA (Dead on Arrival) replacement only.
  • Once installed or used, no further warranty applies to spare parts.

4. Materials (Filaments & Resins)

  • Filaments and resins do not carry performance warranty due to varied printer settings and environments.
  • However, sealed and unused items may be replaced if found defective upon opening, subject to inspection.

5. Installation Service (Paid)

  • On-site installation is available as a paid service and is not included in product price.
  • Service and travel charges must be paid as per agreed terms.
  • Incorrect operation after installation, user errors, or third-party modifications are not covered under warranty.

6. Warranty Claim Process

  • Contact us with invoice, product details, serial number, and issue description.
  • We may redirect you to the brand’s authorized service center as per warranty policy.
  • All final decisions regarding warranty approval are made by the manufacturer.
