3. Orders and Acceptance
- Placing an order on our website constitutes an offer to purchase products or services.
- We reserve the right to accept or reject any order at our sole discretion.
- Orders are confirmed only after successful payment via our payment gateway (Razorpay).
4. Pricing and Payments
- All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change without prior notice.
- Payments are processed securely via Razorpay. We do not store complete payment credentials.
- In case of pricing errors, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a refund.
5. Customer Responsibilities (Design & Files)
- Customers must ensure that all CAD files, drawings, or models provided are complete, accurate, and ready for manufacturing.
- We are not responsible for defects, weaknesses, or failures resulting from design errors or incorrect dimensions in customer-supplied files.
- Customers must have full legal rights to use and share the files they upload.
6. Installation Services
Paid On-Site Installation:
- We offer optional paid on-site installation services for machines.
- Installation charges, travel charges, and service fees are additional and will be communicated in advance.
- Free installation is not included in the product price unless explicitly mentioned in writing.
After installation, any damage or misconfiguration caused by improper usage, third-party interference, or unauthorized modification is not covered by us.
7. Limitation of Liability
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or services.
- 3D printed parts are generally considered prototypes and are not guaranteed for critical or high-load applications.
- We are not responsible for injuries, losses, or damages caused by misuse or neglect of 3D printers, laser engravers, or chemical resins.
8. Misuse and Illegal Use
- Customers may not use our services to manufacture illegal, harmful, or restricted items, including weapons or regulated components.
- We reserve the right to refuse any order that we suspect is illegal or unethical.
9. Modifications to Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Rajkot, Gujarat.
