Shipping charges may vary based on weight, dimensions, and destination. Any additional shipping charges (e.g., remote area surcharge) will be communicated wherever applicable.

2. Delivery Time

  • Within Gujarat: 1–2 working days (approx.)
  • Rest of India: 3–7 working days (approx.)

These timelines are estimates and may vary based on courier performance, location, and external factors.

3. Courier Partners

We work with multiple trusted courier and logistics providers based on the delivery location, service availability, and shipment type. Our partners may vary from city to city to ensure timely and reliable delivery.

  • National and regional courier services
  • Reputed third-party logistics providers
  • Express delivery partners where applicable

Specific courier partners may change depending on availability and service coverage in the destination area.

4. Dispatch Time

Most orders are dispatched within 24 hours after:

  • Completion of production (for 3D prints)
  • Order confirmation and payment receipt (for stocked items)

5. Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, a tracking ID may be provided if available from the courier.
  • Customers are responsible for tracking shipment progress using the courier’s platform.

6. Delays & Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Courier delays or strikes
  • Weather and natural disasters
  • Political unrest, lockdowns, or regulatory checks
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer

7. Damaged Shipments

  • If you receive a package that appears visibly damaged, please record a detailed unboxing video before opening.
  • Any claims for damage must include this unboxing video as proof and be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
